·         Epithelium containing 1 to a few layers of large cells

·         Amphophilic to basophilic cytoplasm

·         Large, often bizarre nuclei

·         Large eosinophilic nucleoli

·         No hyperplastic architecture

 P53 (strong diffuse)

 

Usually weak and patchy in hyperplasia and endometrioid CA
