Calm before the storm.
Ah, less than 48 hours till the first exam, and I am bored of studying! I've always really thought that exams served hardly any indication of someone's knowledge. A few of my previous teachers agreed to this as well; although it is essential to reinforce previously taught material, an exam lasting three hours should definitely not have the academic weight of a full semester full of study. Perhaps I'm just ranting but I just hope that my exams in the next few weeks run as well as last term.

As for site news, I've got around to adding pics of a new (finished!) model, and reorganized the gallery section. Who says you can't use JavaScript to build a database?

It's that time again!
Wow, I can hardly believe that the term is already over! It seems like this year flew by much quicker than the last. But unfortunately, that means it is almost time for final exams. As such, you can expect no major updates to the site until mid May, (unless time permits and I am bored of studying).

On another note, I've been playing with HDRI (left), and particle flow in Max5, and it is pretty easy to get some neat effects. I'll up some images I've been working on when I have some time.

HERE is a clip of basic particle motion in Max (3.55mb, XVID codec required)
