Ian Kivlichan
I am now a Physics PhD student in Alán Aspuru-Guzik's group at Harvard University. An updated version of this webpage is available here.

My name is Ian Kivlichan and I am an undergraduate student at Trinity College, University of Toronto, specializing in physics (graduation expected 2014).

My interests in physics are quantum optics and cold atom physics. I am currently working on my undergraduate thesis with Aephraim Steinberg. I have also worked with Arun Paramekanti (NSERC USRA Chair's Scholar, summer 2013), Joseph Thywissen (NSERC USRA, summer 2012) and Ken Burch (PHY299, summer 2011 and PHY372, winter 2012). I will be spending my fourth year summer and final NSERC USRA with Lily Childress before starting my PhD in physics at Harvard University in the fall of 2014.
