++ "Feliz aniversário Bá" , today is my sister's birthday. She came back to Barrie for a few days but is actually coming back to Vaugham today. On the 26th it was my birthday, I worked 12 hours that day but then I got home and had a wonderful evening with Carlin. This week we also found out that Carlin got accepted to her program so now she is officially on Molecular Genetics.

++ I forgot to mention that the other day Carlin took me to this mexican restaurant here in Barrie, I think it was called mexicasa. Man, the food was awesome and the margarita was very good as well. Today, when I got back from work, I called Carlin as usual, but this time she gave me some really great news. I have been accepted to my program, I am officially enrolled in the Physiology Specialist. I was really happy about that. I am so thankful for all the help and support that Carlin gave me these last months, because of my little issue with the Calculus exam. Although now it's all over, no more worries. We just have to wait for Carlin's acceptance now, hopefully sometime this week she'll hear from her department.

++ Weekend off. I love when the weekend comes, and I don't have to work. I have that privilege every two weeks. Three days off. Today I went to Carlin's for dinner, and she made some really good food. Some shrimp fried in garlic and butter, oh yeah, soup and for desert waffle with ice cream, chocolate sauce and banana. I had a great time, and the food was spectacular. Now, yesterday I bought a digital camera for myself. Now I can take more pictures to give some more life to this website. I bought a Nikon Coolpix 4600 and its seems to be pretty good, it was good deal too.

++ This week I went to Toronto. Finally took care of the problem with my calculus exam. I got a little bit of a penalty but nothing too serious at least. Lately I've been working a lot of the time. I got switched to a different department already, I was doing second op. before and now I am a machine operator, whatever that means. It's weird cause I never even finished my training at my first position and I have already got changed. I kinda like the new one better, the 12 hours seem to go by faster. The person training me seems to have a poor understanding of the word self explanatory. She showed me today how to pack these 13 parts on the bottom of a box, and then I repeated what she did and she commented how self explanatory that was. Maybe I am the one with the weak definition. Besides work, I've been hanging out with Carlin when we get the oportunity. She's really excited for the new Harry Potter book to come out. Well thats basically what I've been doing lately.
