Who doesn’t want to be Kaylee?
- As often as possible!
Ok, so now that I have the coveralls, it's time to go full out... With full episode outfits!
I love Kaylee's umbrella and jacket (and hair) from "Serenity." And I finally found a jacket
the right colour in China Town on the Toronto min-shindig! Unfortunately an umbrella was harder to come by, so I searched for a plain one to paint!
(I couldn't find a completely plain ones - so I had to settle for one with Chinese writing).
I kept feeling like I should have a lawn chair.
In my wandering through China Town, I found a pair of pink flip flops that screamed "Kaylee" and she did wear a pair in "Objects in Space." I couldn't find the right colour ribbon and lace to get the shirt exact (so I just wore one of my own), but that leaves me something for next time...
After wearing them almost all convention, I miss wearing them on a daily basis. They are *so* comfortable! I *adore* dressing up as Kaylee. More "from episode" outfits are sure to be made (and perhaps other coveralls) and I want the "Bester dress"!
