     Training

Personal training is an individualized service aimed at assisting you in achieving your fitness goals

Different training techniques, exercises and programs will be specific to your needs

A personal trainer makes sure exercises are safe and effective for you

A trainer is also encouraging, motivation and a good support for you in achieving your goals

A trainer is knowledgeable and can provide heath and lifestyle information within their scope

 

   

    Service

In home personal training for women only

                             Available to Brampton residents

                             Will provide equipment during session or will work with your equipment

                             Comfortable with elderly, differently abled, or health complications

                   Free consultation

Free comprehensive fitness assessment (CPAFLA)

                   Written exercise programs that you can keep and practice

                   Free healthy eating and exercise guidebooks

 

 

       Rates

                             Sessions are one hour in length

                             $60 for a single session

                             $55 each session with a package of 4

                             $50 each for a package of 8

                             Sessions are to be pre paid and payment options are available

                             Will accommodate groups as large as 3
