Today was amazing~ well after 5pm that is. Before that when I went to Catseye with Ken and Amanda the DDR machine didn’t work =/ SHIKASHI it turned out that I didnt have to work today so I went to meet up with UTCSA. I anticipated like hundreds of people, but that was just due to my false impression of the club. Ken said there were 400 members last year but only 300 so left this year... and like 30 something showed up for the sushi. But that’s still enough to fill the restaurant.

 

Basically I met up with Ken, Gordon, Alan and Daniel (Tong?) who were boothing at SS, but apparently everyone knew their way there so no one came haha. Our table was awesome, since we were the front row in relation to the ‘stage’ and the exec table, and there were awesome ppl who let me trade their share of white tuna (butterfish).

 

The games were so jokes; the first one consisted of guessing which food item was contaminated (ex/ excessive wasabi, or coke vs soy sauce lol ken) when someone eats it and makes facial expressions. Some people were so good their faces were like made of stone, impossible to guess. However there was this one girl (at our table, forgot her name ==) who had no change in expression when she ate the sushi, but we could see tears in her eyes haha... Oh yeah I got the wasabi-ed sushi =/ i was so stupid I actually chewed square into it. Maybe it was me, but I think I remember Nikki half-smiling when she fed me that sushi ==” I was like, struggling and everything while Ken (who ate the normal one) also pretended to struggle haha.. made it feel unfair for some reason T_T

 

Then there was the broken telephone game, where the first person reads an action (ex/ caught a shark when fishing) and he/she acts it out to the next person, and they keep acting till they reach the last person, who has to guess the initial meaning. I think I made some very far off interpretations <_< hey but it’s not easy..

 

During the event I also met quite a few ppl, and I’m inspired to join and be an exec too, since it seems like a lot of fun. They might need an MC who speaks both canto and mandarin =]

haha damnnn if feels so great to be ahead of everything again. Academically speaking.
