You have stumbled across the homepage of Ben Marlin and Krisztina Filep. Krisztina is a statistical methodologist. She works for the Canadian government. Ben is a PhD candidate in computer science at the University of Toronto. He studies artificial intelligence and machine learning. We met at McGill University where we were both undergraduate students in mathematics. 

Krisztina enjoys playing all types of sports. She currently plays on several soccer and ultimate frisbee teams. She also runs road races, and sprint triathlons. Sometimes she even trains! Ben used to be cool and play a lot of sports too like rugby and soccer.  Now he spends most of his time working, and doing research. He sometimes runs road races too, but he never trains. We both enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities like cycling, hiking, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
