There will be a limited number of travel bursaries to help those who might otherwise not be able to attend. To qualify, registrations must be received by June 1.

Registration Fee: US $30 or CDN $38

This includes Friday supper and Saturday lunch at AMBS, and Saturday supper at a local restaurant.

Cheques should be made payable to Conrad Grebel University College, with "TMTC Graduate Student Conference" printed in the memo line.
Lodging: Conference presenters and participants must arrange their own lodging. A limited number of guest rooms are available at AMBS (Friday and Saturday nights) for $22 US per person per night. This includes linens, towels and a continental breakfast.  People wanting to use these rooms should be prepared to share a room.  To book one of these spaces, contact Judy Yoder at AMBS: jgyoder@ambs.edu or 574-295-3726.
Since these spaces are limited, participants are encouraged to consider other options (e.g. friends or family). A list of Elkhart area hotels follows. None of them are within walking distance of the campus:

All participants in the conference are strongly encouraged to be members of the Anabaptist-Mennonite Scholars Network. (Click here to join) Membership fees for graduate students have been paid for by the Faculty Calling Project, an initiative of Mennonite Church USA and Mennonite Church Canada.
