main floor. It has hardwood floors, a large window
(with blinds), a shared waiting room, washroom, kitchen and WiFi. The two other
offices in the building are used by health practitioners. The office is
available from Saturday- Wednesday.
The space is suitable for practitioners in helping
professions.

This is a fully renovated and newly appointed suite that includes two offices (one of which I occupy), a shared waiting room, and bathroom. The available office is roughly 10 x 15 feet, and has its own kitchenette and a private entrance (in addition to an entrance from the waiting room). Underground staff parking is also included in the rent and your clients have easy access to an above-ground lot. This brand new office space is available from Tuesday – Friday (and Sundays, if anyone is interested) and I am looking for either one or two renters for those days.

The full time space has now been rented, but there is an office available Wednesday and Thursday mornings till noon and all day Saturday and Sunday for $600 a month. On weekends the front door is kept locked, and you have to give Security a list of clients who are expected.

I would like to share space in a professional office. The building in which I currently have my downtown office is on the market.
I need two afternoons per week, including evenings. (Not Fridays or weekends, and preferably not Mondays.)
The office does not need to be fancy, and it does not need to be visible or placed for walk-in traffic; I have plenty of work. However it needs to be well kept up, well-ventilated, reasonably quiet, and private. People in the waiting room should not be able to hear the conversation in the room in which I am working. I do not need secretarial services, and I do not take phone calls at my downtown office. I need a reasonable rent.
I am looking for an office close to the subway South of Bloor, or on the Danforth line between Spadina and Castle Frank.
Client parking needs to be readily available.
