BIOGRAPHY

I am a Postdoc researcher at Bader Lab, The Donnelly Centre of the University of Toronto (Canada). During my MSc, Ph.D. at Keio University (Japan) and my postdoctoral training at Kyoto University (Japan) I worked in mathematical modeling of signaling pathways, Bioinformatics/Computational Biology, Proteomics, Systems Biology, Proteogenomics, Cancer Biology, Next-generation Sequence data analysis.
My the current focus is developing novel methods for mutations identification in cancer, studying the disease mutations impact in protein interaction networks and gene regulatory networks. I have a special interest in developing online resources for sustainable and efficient storage of biological information See my research page for more about my research focus.
