Those Months in Rob:

Some Time in the Summer 2005:

Here are some severely out of chronological order stories (Patsy was recent, Glass Plate was a while ago, the twin thing happened a couple weeks ago and the strawberries were a couple months ago)

Pacita C Strang

I knew her as Patsy. She died on July 28th, 2005.  She was a really nice lady and she would give me candy sometimes in Church.  She was always happy and always seemed sincere about it.  A genuinely good lady.  That made a difference in my life and I will miss her.

I freaking broke a glass plate in the air! :O

It all started with the Bnad (LGMB) playing Mario Party with free drinks! Some say bad combination, some say hella tight. So then after drinking we went to Chestnut for the Alumni Reunion (5T5 and 3T5 I think) and somehow over the course of the evening glass plates were acquired. So some people got safety goggles and a safety chain and tried breaking the plates mid-air. But they couldn’t... so I figured since there was already a mess and the plates weren’t going anywhere useful, I’d break one! And here are the freakin’ awesome pictures!

I realize now I should have worn the safety goggles... lol

The Twin Fiasco

(I don't care if fiasco is the wrong word... it sounds cool)

So I'm at Union Subway waiting for northbound university line and I see this kid I know from a Skule event I did, but he looked slightly different, but I was sure it was him. So I'm like "Hey, Chris?" And he's like, "Oh, no I'm Chris's identical twin brother." He was visiting his brother for the weekend.

Strawberry Fields Forever

In my backyard we have wild strawberries. At first there was just a little patch of little white flowers which eventually turned into tiny strawberries. So we didn’t cut that area of grass, even though the strawberry plants are too short... but anyways, that patch grew and a few other little ones started around the yard, and right now there are dozens of little red (and actually good tasting) strawberries in my yard. So they’re kinda cool, and my sister says she’s gonna take some when we finally move.
