About the Research Study
You may have received an invitation in the mail to participate in the research study entitled, "First Work Experiences of Newly Graduated Nurses in Acute Care: An Exploration of Influencing Factors". The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived demands, control, support and self-efficacy on the job stress, job satisfaction and intentions to turnover of newly graduated nurses.
