The Art of Pastry & Pies

This is a 10 week course at George Brown College that has now been broken down into two 6 week courses: The Art of Pastries & The Arts of Pies.

It was recommended that this course, along with The Art of Cakes, be taken after taking a few other general baking courses such as The Art of Cookies, and The Art of Breads.
