Arashiyama.  Fantastic.  But go early, by noon itfs swarming with people.

I had heard that it was spectacularly beautiful in the fall, so I got up early and made it there by about 8am.

I then went to Tenryu-ji, an UNESCO site because of its garden.  Itfs quite obvious why if you visit.  My pictures donft do it justice.

I walked around the area as well, snapping a few photos as I went along.

When my family visited in the spring, I didnft hesitate to take them to this beautiful place.  And as is pointed out, visiting the same place in a different season, brings a whole new breath-taking view.
