I am a graduate student pusuing my Master's studies at Electrical and Computer Engineering department in University of Toronto, Toronto, Canada. My area of specialization is Wireless Communications.

Prior to this, I was employed at Samsung Electronics India Software Operations Pvt. Ltd. (SISO), Bangalore, India. I was working as a Senior Software Engineer in Wireless Protocol and Platforms Division. SISO is the major Research and Development Centre for Samsung Electronics Industry. I was a part of the team working on 3G technologies for mobile handsets. My work involved software design and development of applications, core framework and network stacks.

My undergraduate degree is from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Guwahati, India, a premier technological institute of India. I graduated with a B.Tech. degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. My research during IIT was primarily related to the fields of Communication and Signal Processing.

I am also an Android developer and I really enjoy developing Apps on Android platform.

My research interests span wireless communication systems, 3G and beyond networks, signal processing and their applications in communication systems.

Besides my work, I enjoy sketching, painting, reading and solving puzzles. I also like experimenting with contemporary art.
