Graduate House

 

Graduate House has reopened applications for the 2004-2005 academic year, and has opened applications for both the summer of 2005 and the 2005-2006 academic year. Graduate House provides furnished accommodation for full-time students registered in the School of Graduate Studies or in the second-entry professional faculties. It’s a home to 437 residents who live together in three- and four-bedroom furnished suites. Each suite is fully furnished and contains 3-4 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area. The residence is completely non-smoking. Please note that it’s not equipped to offer family housing.

Occupancy fees range from $456 for a shared double, to $599 for a single and $668 for a premium single room. Students are charged monthly on their ROSI account. All fees include heat, light, air conditioning and high-speed internet access along with wireless internet access in the common room areas throughout the building.

Applications are available from the Graduate House office located at 60 Harbord Street. Applications will also be available online as of September 16, 2004 at www.sgs.utoronto.ca/gradhouse. 89 Chestnut

 

Full-time U of T Students interested in a space at 89 Chestnut should be asked to fill out an 89 Chestnut application (Available at Student Housing and on our website. Temporary admissions office for 89 Chestnut: New College, 40 Willcocks St.) It is our understanding that spaces may only be in double-rooms and that the residence is now close to 90% full occupancy.

This is an independent residence located across the street from New College and the Athletic Centre. There are a few single rooms available for male or female students.
