Sue McGlashan

Thank you for taking interest in voting for the staff representative in Governing Council. We work for a remarkable University, with remarkable staff, faculty and students. As the staff members of this institution, we understand what is needed to provide the framework that supports quality teaching and research, and to provide students with an enriching experience.

I am honoured to be one of the staff nominees for Governing Council. We all have skills, experience and a desire to serve to University.

I have listed a brief resume below to illustrate the breadth of my experience and depth of knowledge that I believe allows me to exercise informed judgment as a staff member of Governing Council.

I hope to serve you as your staff representative. Thank you.

Sapience

The ability to apply knowledge,
experience, understanding or
common sense and insight

This was a favourite word of one of
my OISE lecturers. I believe it applies
to the staff at UofT, who bring
so much to the table.
