I am a first year MScF. Student in the Faculty of Forestry at the University of Toronto and a member of the Fire System and Management Lab. I have a B.Sc. From the University of  Toronto with a double major in Forest Conservation Science and Physical and Environmental Geography.

My research is focused on enhancing our understanding of fire behaviour in tallgrass prairie communities in southern Ontario by examining how fuel load and structure, species composition and specific species characteristics affect fire behaviour.  I am also  working on developing a rapid assessment technique to estimate fuel load for southern Ontario tallgrass prairie communities.
