have recently completed my postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Computational
and Applied Mathematics at Rice University working with Professor Andrew Schaefer. I received my PhD in Operations
Research from the University of Toronto in 2015 under the
supervision of Professor Timothy Chan.
My research interests are in data-driven optimization via inverse optimization and machine learning, optimization under uncertainty such as robust optimization, and the application of these methods to healthcare topics. My recent work focuses on the development of inverse optimization and machine learning techniques with applications to cancer therapy treatment planning and medical decision making in the field of organ transplantation and personalized medicine.
