We wake up the next morning after a good ten hours of sleep. It's Wednesday, 14 July and we've almost completely recovered from jet-lag. The buffet brunch downstairs is twenty US$ a person and our team leader Andrzej tells us half jokingly to fill up for the entire day. It tastes like the best meal I've ever had.
