Finally, the inevitable moment arrives. It's time to go our separate ways. I'm the first to leave since I'll be flying to Shanghai. The others excitedly wave good-bye to me as I struggle to maintain composure. Unlike Olympic athletes we won't be coming to any more Olympiads. Suffice it to say nothing else we experience in life will be quite the same as this IPhO adventure!
