Constitution
As an official club at the University of Toronto, Scarborough Campus, a Club Constitution must be made available to all members. Included in the Club Constitution are details regarding name, purpose, membership, executive, finances, meetings, elections, amendment, and food handling on campus guidelines.

Becoming a Student Buddy
The most important part of Best Buddies is friendship. Student Buddies and Buddies make contact with each other at least once a week by telephone. One-to-one outings occur two to three times per month. Group activities are another vital part of the program. These take place four times a year, and are a great opportunity for Student Buddies and Buddies to get together in a larger social group. Student Buddy Rap Sessions, which train, motivate and support chapter members, are held twice a year. To become a Student Buddy, please contact us at: bbc@utsc.utoronto.ca

Becoming an Associate (Non-Buddy) Member
The Associate Member position is for those who would like to have a role in the Best Buddies organization, though with less of a time commitment. Instead of having a buddy, these members contribute via: Website Design/Maintenance, Fundraising, Advertising, and Activities Planning. Making a Donation
As a non-profit organization, Best Buddies relies on public support to maintain and run our program and activities. Retail donations from businesses can be used as prizes in raffles or competitions. Gently used merchandise, (books, appliances, CDs, toys, etc.) can be sold in garage sales to raise funds. Persons making donations of at least $20 are entitled to a tax receipt.
