Jamie Hilder Jamie Hilder is a Vancouver based artist and poet whose work has recently been published in "Shift + Switch: New Canadian Poetry", and is forthcoming in "West Coast Line". His large scale wall drawing, "Paths and Places, 2003", which documents his movements through urban and suburban environments over a period of one year, was recently exhibited at the Artspeak Gallery in Vancouver, and is represented in "Banlieusard", an Artspeak publication. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the English department at the University of British Columbia, preparing a dissertation on the International Concrete Poetry movement. Topics: 1. POET |
