Upright Plain Film of the Abdomen





Air is again seen in dilated loops of large bowel to the level of the sigmoid but not beyond. Note the air-fluid levels in the dilated right colon (yellow arrows).






There are numerous mildly dilated loops of small bowel seen with air-fluid levels.
