There are numerous "cysts" (masses of water density) seen throughout the abdomen. Some of these (yellow arrows) are in the liver.


There is a large cyst in the left kidney and numerous smaller ones (light blue arrows). The renal pelvis is distorted by the large cyst.

There are numerous small cysts (light blue arrows) in the right kidney.
