Summary
Diagnosis: Renal Carcinoma
Clinical hints:
Renal cell carcinoma may be relatively asymptomatic. Hematuria
is a common finding. U/S, CT usually indicate diagnosis, and
stage patient. Angiography usually (75%) shows "tumor"
vessels.
Radiological Pearls:
- U/S and CT: indicate diagnosis
- U/S: look for renal vein tumor
- angiography: "tumor" vessels
- angio: can embolize large cancer
