Adrenaline injection:

This view was done after an intravenous injection of adrenaline into the right kidney. The draped vessels (red arrows) are clearly seen over the mass. The mass shows only a few "tumor" vessels (dark blue arrow) which do not constrict with adrenaline, as normal vessels do.
