AP View of the Pelvis
The proximal femur is deformed. The shaft is expanded with a
"Shepherd's Crook" deformity. The trabecular pattern is
replaced by a ground glass appearance.
There is cystic expansion and deformity of the pubic rami.
Note the similar changes to the left femur. She had a
pathologic fracture which was plated.
