AP View of the Right Foot
There is soft tissue swelling (yellow arrows) around the
metatarsal-phalangeal joint. There is a denser material seen
around the joint (light blue arrows).
Numerous large peri-articular erosions (green arrows) are
seen. They are described as "rat-bite" erosions.
