AP View of the Right Ankle
Note the marked arthropathic changes involving the right
ankle. There is marked joint space narrowing and sclerosis
(light blue arrows), as well as an exaggerated tilt ("Talar
tilt") to the talo-navicular angle (red arrows). There are
sub-articular and peri-articular erosions (yellow arrows).
