CXR -- AP View
Note the diffuse air-space infiltrates in the left lung,
almost involving the entire hemi-thorax. There are lesser
infiltrates seen in the right lower lung.
Although the patient improved clinically on antibiotic
therapy, his hematuria continued, and his hematocrit continued
to drop.
