Summary
Diagnosis: Klebsiella Pneumonia
Clinical hints:
Some virulent pneumonias like Klebsiella or Pneumococcus, may
be quite acute
in clinical presentation. These patients are very sick with a
septic clinical picture.
Radiological Pearls:
- a mass-like infiltrate
- often air bronchograms present
- rapid expansion of process
- contiguous fissures "bulge"
