CXR -- AP View
There is an obvious large mass-like infiltrate in the right
upper lobe. Note the "air bronchograms" within the blue dots.
This is an air-space disease!
The process has depressed the minor or horizontal fissure,
indicating it has an expansile or mass-like effect on the
contiguous middle lobe. The "mass" itself is in the anterior
segment of the right upper lobe.
