CXR -- Lateral View


The upper lung infiltrate is seen to involve mainly the apical and posterior segments.



The lower lung (left) infiltrate is seen better on the lateral film.


The patient has larger effusions than were evident on the PA film, with blunting of both costo-phrenic angles.
