About Me

The posttranslational modification of proteins is crucial in regulating their function in the cell. I am interested in characterizing the ADP-ribosylation modifications of TCDD-inducible PARP (TiPARP, ARTD14) as well as identifying other cellular proteins that are modified by this enzyme. I utilize biochemical methods (protein expression and purification) and a variety of cell and molecular biological techniques to identify ADP-ribosylated proteins.
