Dissertation: My doctoral project focuses on the governance of city building through special-purpose authorities, quasi-governmental bodies, and non-profit corporations. I specifically address the role of Metrolinx, Artscape, United Way, and the Toronto District School Board in reshaping the Mount Dennis and Weston neighbourhoods.
