Personal
Website
- This website was originally created on October 27, 2003. Its current incarnation was completed exactly one year later, and is 100% standard x/html compliant. It was created with the sole purpose of conveying my ideas and thoughts in a simple, concise, and consistent manner.
- Unfortunately, individual.utoronto.ca (host) does not allow for cgi/server side programming, so most of the site will be implemented in x/html, dhtml, and javascript. Other cgi programming is done in python, and hosted on my personal server.
- The dot in the corner [
,
,
] represent the status of my personal server (from which cgi/etc. is run). If you encounter a
dot, then the server is currently off, and you will not be able to use enhanced features, ie. leaving comments. If you encounter a
dot, then the server is running and all features are available. If you encounter a
dot then either it is currently checking the server status, or your browser does not have Javascript enabled! (if this is the case, please update your browser!)
- Lastly, the site is optimized for Mozilla/Firefox and Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0+ simply because they are the most standard complient browsers currently available.

- Midori(funny, about a guy who loses his right hand)
- Naruto!, One Piece, HunterxHunter, HnG, PoT (all overrated, but still good to read)
- Last but not least: Calvin and Hobbes! (yes, i know its not manga. it is a comic that everyone should read)
- Monster, 20th Century Boys - I've contemplated recommending these two titles. No doubt, Naoki Urasawa has created two of the most intriguing and gruesome stories you will ever read. Both seem to center around the not-so-innocent hearts of children, and ultimately the corruption of power and belief. If you are looking for something mature, and out of the ordinary, this would be a good read. But if you are easily depressed and sickened, or are looking for a story with a concrete ending, I would stay far, far away from these two.
