ABOUT ME: I finished my Masters
of Science in Geography (supervised by Dr. Tenley Conway and Dr. Jing Chen)
at the University of Toronto in November 2006. Having a wide range of
experiences in remote sensing, GIS, and cartography through research and
teaching, I am specifically interested in the applications of remote sensing
and GIS for mapping urban landscapes. My thesis project focused on
object-oriented land-cover and land-use classifications in urban areas,
using high-resolution imagery. After finishing my degree, I worked on several projects
at the University of Toronto. Currently, I am working as a
remote sensing & geospatial
analyst at a private company.
