BENCHMARKS 2 DOWNLOADED 90,000 TIMES

Final Fantasy XI's Vana'diel Benchmarks 2 was downloaded over 90,000 times in just five days. The benchmarks program was made available on the first day of the Tokyo Game Show and still continues to be downloaded.
In related news, Square Enix has partnered up with many companies as Final Fantasy XI's US release date gets closer and closer. The firms include NVidia, AOL Games, and Alienware. AOL games will introuduce a comprehensive gaming package on October 21, 2003. Alienware will be starting a giveaway contest where a Desktop PC (with FFXI) will be the prize.
