FM4 WILL FEATURE FRONT MISSION ONLINE TRAILER

Square Enix has reported that a trailer of Front Mission Online will be available with Front Mission 4 when it hits Japanese stores on December 18, 2003. The video will feature many of the clips shown at this years Tokyo Game Show, and will reveal some new developments that have occured in the project.
In related news, the Music Director for Front Mission 4 has been confirmed as being Hidenori Iwasaki. His previous works include some music pieces for Final Fantasy XI and FF Crystal Chronicles. Front Mission 4's OST will consist of 50 tracks and will come along with Front Mission 1's OST (52 tracks, 5 new). The music from Front Mission 1 has been created by Yoko Shimomura (Kingdom Hearts) and Yasunori Matsueda (Chrono Cross). The whole set will consist of 4 CDs and will be available in Japan on December 26, 2003 for 3,619 JPY.
In addition, a magazine scan of Front Mission 4 (from Famitsu) was made available online. The scan showed Darril of the USN, who is the main character of the game. Other characters shown were Lenges and Haeffer.

The scan also revealed information on how a sensor device can be attached to the Wazners (Mechs), and how the game will involve air bombardment. No mention has been made about a North American or European release date, but we hope that Square Enix says something soon.
