NEW DRAKENGARD SALES FIGURES

Dengeki Online released a chart that showed the top 20 selling games in Japan from 09/08 to 09/14. On the top of the charts was none other than Square Enix's newest RPG, Drakengard (Drag-on Dragoon in Japan). The game has sold 133,021 copies in its first week, and is expected to sell around 20,000 more in the coming weeks.
Square Enix's initial shipment of the game was around 150,000 copies, which is a very small amount. There has been no mention of a second shipment coming any time soon. Stay with Square News to learn more on why Square Enix is reducing its supply of Drakengard titles on the market.
