Unlike North America and Japan, Square Enix cannot publish its own games in Europe. They have yet to develop the facilities, and so they use other established publishers. For the Bouncer and Final Fantasy X, Square Enix used Sony. For Final Fantasy Origins and Unlimited SaGa, Square Enix used Atari.
It has finally been confirmed that Square Enix will use EA to publish Final Fantasy X-2 in Europe.
