SQEX MAKES FF + DQ MOBILE GAMES

Square Enix will be working with mobile telecommunications giant NTT DoCoMo. Square will be bringing two new games to the company's next generation FOMA cellphones. The first will be a port of the Final Fantasy title that was featured on the PSOne, and the second will be a port of the Dragon Quest title that appeared on the Super Famicom. To show the power of the next generation cellphones, a 3D polygon version of Cloud was shown in one of the phones.
The information was all made available in a press conference in which Youichi Wada (President of Square Enix) was present. Wada discussed how the game would come on a new phone that is expected to release sometime in 2004.
