NEW FRONT MISSION ONLINE TITLE AND MORE

At the Tokyo Game Show, it was confirmed that Square Enix plans to release a bundle pack called Front Mission History. The pack will consist of the new remake of Front Mission 1, the old Front Mission 2, and the old Front Mission 3. As mentioned before, Square Enix was holding a reservation campaign for Front Mission. It has now been cleared that the first 20,000 gamers who reserve a copy of Front Mission History will obtain a Wanzer (mechanical robot) action figure.

A new online Front Mission title was shown at the Tokyo Game Show. Front Mission Online's story will be very much interconnected with that of the FM series. The game will start on the island, Huffman Iceland, which formed due to volcanic activities in 1995. Players will be given the option to choose from two federations. The OCU (Oceania Community Union) federation was developed by the Japanese, the Australians, and many others from South East Asia and Oceania in the year 2026. The USN (United States of the New Continent) federation was created by South America in the year 2020.
Beta testing for the online title beings Spring 2004, and will be available for both the PC and the PlayStation 2.
