I am a naval and intelligence historian, living in Toronto and occasionally teaching at the U of T in a sessional capacity. After a break for illness, I am currently in the process of finishing up my doctoral work at the University of Cambridge.

In September and October of this year (2013) I am leading a new course on the history of secret intelligence at the U of T's School of Continuing Studies. You can read about it here.
