Who is Participating?
New nurses from across Ontario will be invited to participate in the main study.
Nurses who meet the criteria below are eligible to participate:
- working in an acute care hospital
- have been a registered nurse for less than two years
- completed orientation and/or preceptorship and working independently
- received nursing education in Canada
- have not previously worked as a registered health care professional
- can read, write and speak English
