White Water Rafting

Got back on Sunday, 08 August, from a super-fabulous trip, riding the rapids at the Ottawa river. Had an amazing time, barring Vincent and his comparison of the raging waters to parts of the human anatomy. Also, to my surprise, I jumped off a 20-ft high rock into the river. Not bad, considering my fear of heights......

Camping was also a lot of fun, considering this was my first time since I arrived at Canada. I found I didn't need mosquito repellant, since I myself am one. My tent was occupied by Emad, G and of course me, and on the second day, also by Sameer and two friendly spiders. No comment. Still can't forget Bryan's antics around the fire.

Thanks Saira, for the wonderful trip organized....in the end, a good time was had by all. Plus, G is still alive. :)
