Who turned out the lights on Palmerston?
Looking north on Palmerston I notice all these round orbs of light along the street.
Now I turn around.
When I look southbound from the same spot, I can see that all of the streetlights are off (right down to college st.).
Does anyone know why every single lamp is out? It's a somewhat subtle thing - you don't really even notice the darkness until you're biking through it. Unable to see the street under your tires, unless a car happens to drive by, hopefully not killing you.
