Current Research
I'm currently researching high-speed, simultaneous-bidirectional (SBD) signaling for ultra-short-reach (USR), die-to-die (D2D) links for my Ph.D. Below are my current and past research projects for my Ph.D.:
- A high-speed, ultra-low power single-ended, NRZ SBD transceiver for USR D2D links (completed).
- A low power, TIA driver with output impedance control for USR, D2D links (completed).
- A comparison between unidirectional, single-ended NRZ signaling and SBD, single-ended NRZ signaling for D2D links (completed).
- LTI analysis of SBD signaling for USR D2D links (current project).
Research Interests
- Analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-speed wireline communication.
- High-speed and low-power transmitters for D2D links.
- Low-power receiver circuits for D2D links.
- Nonlinear circuits and systems.
- Circuit theory.
